About SOJ Program
The SOJ (Student Online Japan) Program connects Indian students with their Japanese counterparts through interactive video conferencing sessions.
This unique exchange program allows students to experience Japanese culture, practice language skills, and build global friendships - all from the comfort of their classroom. Native Japanese teachers facilitate these sessions to ensure authentic cultural exchange.
How It Works
1. Schedule Session
Schools coordinate with KIWAMI to schedule video conferencing sessions with partner schools in Japan.
2. Connect Online
Students join the session from their classroom while Japanese students connect from Japan.
3. Interactive Exchange
Guided activities, presentations, and conversations facilitate cultural and language exchange.
4. Regular Sessions
Native Japanese speakers are available along with teachers once every two to three months.
